Rodrigo Terpins is a prominent rally driver on the Brazilian circuit. He drove a T-Rex in the Prototype T1 category in the car number 326 position of the 22nd Sertoes Rally. At the end of the over 1600 mile edition, Rodrigo Terpins easily charged into third place at the stage to finish in the eighth position overall out of a total of thirty-eight contestants.
He is part of the Bull Sertoes team that took part in the event. The event presented a diverse set of challenges forcing many teams to pull out. Speaking from the podium, Rodrigo Terpins reiterated that he had a smooth ride driven by close support from a harmonized team. It tested his willpower through seven stages of harsh terrain to the finish line. The team includes Bull Sertoes, Xarla, and MEM, the car manufacturer among others.
The annual event keeps going from strength to strength. The team is part of a green initiative. They commit to planting thousands of trees in the Atlantic Forest to offset the carbon dioxide emissions. Rodrigo Terpins is passionate about racing and business. He has been participating in the sport together with his younger brother since 2015. He previously took part in the event in the motorcycle category more than ten times.
In a similar test of resolve, he participated in the 24th Sertoes Rally held in 2016. The grueling event powers through close to two thousand miles of road from Goiás to the deserts of Tocantins. This marked the third time that Rodrigo Terpins was taking a shot at the big title. The event delivered seven days of high-adrenaline activities with stops and spectator sections in the major cities along the route.
The 24th edition attracted the largest number of participants with more than 145 vehicles taking part including bikes and quads. His love for speed and off-road racing also saw him take part in the 25th Sertoes Rally. More than 160 vehicles gobbled up more than two thousand miles to the finish line in Bonito.
